Stockshifters Standard Returns Policy
Stockshifters releases funds to the seller 48 hours after a sale is completed. You therefore have 48 hours in which to inspect the goods and to inform us if the goods are not as described on the website.
Please note that because Stockshifters is a B2B marketplace, purchases made on Stockshifters.com are not eligible for return other than if they are mis-described on the site.
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted on stock which is complete, and as delivered. Any stock which has been sold on to a third party is therefore in breach of this policy and is ineligible for return.
Missing items and grading discrepancies need to be presented to Stockshifters in one concise document within a 48 hour period. After this submission no additions can be made.
