Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your item to be delivered.
Items for dispatch are sent as soon as possible after full cleared payment has been received by Recoverex Ltd and subsequently the vendor. However please note, some of our vendors may have slightly different terms and in some situations there may be a delay of up to 2 days while your order is processed. The delivery service that we and our vendors typically use means that goods will usually be delivered within 2-3 days. However, this is not guaranteed as we are unable to guarantee the service delivery of the chosen couriers. For pallet / bulk and oversized goods / purchases we typically use a 5 working day pallet delivery service.
Please note it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the delivery address supplied is suitable for pallet delivery. If a delivery is unable to be made due to access or unloading difficulties all costs incurred, including re-delivery, will be passed onto the buyer. If a tail lift or any other additional support is require for delivery it must be requested prior to delivery. Any additional costs incurred as a result of a special delivery request will be paid for by the buyer.
It is at the sole discretion of Recoverex Ltd and our vendors whether a buyer is able to collect goods won or whether the goods won are to be shipped to the winning Bidder at the Buyer’s expense at a charge determined by the Seller.
As the collection of goods won by a buyer is NOT always possible, where goods are able to be collected then this is usually detailed on the description of the lot online on the Website.
Location of stock may be subject to change at the last minute and neither Stockshifters nor the vendor are liable for any additional transport costs.
If collection is arranged by the trader and due to unforeseen circumstances the vendor is closed, for example due to adverse weather conditions, then neither the vendor nor Stockshifters are liable for additional transport costs.
Please contact Stockshifters Customer Services to confirm prior to bidding if you are unsure if collection is possible as rejection of won items is not possible where a bidder mistakenly believes that goods can be collected when they cannot. Once a bidder places a bid on a lot this becomes an irrevocable offer to buy and cannot be revoked where a bidder has misunderstood the availability of collection services on such goods. Recoverex Ltd will have no liability for any loss or consequential loss incurred by a bidder or third parties arising from a bidder failing to check the availability of collection services on any lot.
Please note:
All shipping prices displayed on Stockshifters.com are for delivery to addresses in mainland UK only. Accordingly, if your delivery address is outside mainland UK, our vendors reserve the right either to:
A. refuse to ship goods outside the UK mainland at all or
B. ship goods outside the UK mainland at an increased shipping rate.
